Timothy Powers Alamo successfully launched Paragon Real Estate Services, formally known as Intero Real Estate Services franchise, in Alamo and Pleasant Hill. My career in the real estate and mortgage industry has spanned over 20 years. My foray into the real estate industry began in mortgage financing by founding Paragon Mortgage Bankers in 1996. EXPERIENCE Gross sales for both companies have exceeded 1.5 billion. My relationships with clients in serving both mortgage and real estate needs have given me extensive experience and knowledge in operations of running and maintaining professional real estate and mortgage companies.  My vast experiences have refined my expertise in navigating current real estate trends and negotiating the best possible outcome for my clients.  I have been involved in thousands of transactions and will use this valuable experience and knowledge for my clients’ benefit. More recently I have dedicated myself exclusivly to the real estate sales. As an investor i have sucesfully been inolved in over 75 comercial and residetial properties developing and rehabing them to currently standards.
